Do you offer discounts if I purchase more veils?
Yes we do. The discounts work like this:
Quantity of 51 to 100 gives you 5% off the retail price.
Quantity of 101 to 300 gives you 10% off the retail price.
Quantity over 300 gives you 15% off the retail price.

What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that the product does not meet your expectations we will refund your purchase price. It is the customer's responsibility to return the products to us in original condition. If the product has a manufacuring fault we will replace each faulty veil.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Depends on your location but please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to arrive.

Do you have a minimum quantity?
No, you are free to order just one if thats all you require. Obviously shipping fees still apply.

How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at AUD$3.50 per veil with an AUD$10.00 minimum.
